Good to see you riding again, and I hear you about getting back on, again. For me, every time school gets back in session, it draws me away from the trike, and when I finally snatch a moment to ride, I'm outta breath, and now the temps plummet as soon as the sun touches the horizon...ugh!

Glad to hear that you're back! This time of year it always seems like something or other is popping up to get in the way of riding. I guess it's just the holiday season. I'm trying to ride when I can, and when I can't I still bust out the trainer and get in a few minutes in the garage to keep the legs spinning.

"Slow and steady wins the race" is what all us slow and steady people say when we don't win the race.
