I'm thinking of making it a regular thing for me, especially if they have separate groups.

I just got late word from Richardson DPW.  They've installed temperature sensitive fire extinguishers along the route in case a blistering pace lights up the tarmac, so it looks like I'll be there.  

A few weeks ago, the trike developed a really strange noise, and I couldn't pin it down.  The Good Guys bike shop, after a week of delay, and replacing cassette, and innerds, took it for a ride and deemed it healed.  Not so.  My first pedal evoked the same problem as before, a kind of skiddering in the pedal cycle, not smooth power transfer.  
 
Last night, not a mile into the ride, I was fed up.  I lifted the rear wheel, and turned the crank.  It was the IDLERS.  Well, I will be bringing the beast in to the shop yet again, to fix this problem, if they are equipped.  
 
The disappointing thing is that I won't be on the Trike Ride tomorrow, as the trike is unrideable.  Have fun for me!
