got up to and slighlty over 1 mile as my hip strength improves...still going very slow (dog wlak/trot pace)so the one mile takes about 20 min. ...now taking the dog with me to walk along side- my hubby thought she would pull me off the bike and almost had a fit when he saw me with the dog on the leash...did not have any problems as I had already been  walking the dog along side the trike before the operation, she already knew how to go without pulling or hitting into the trike....nice nice weather.
