Anybody up for a bit of a shakedown ride with me on this coming Sunday?  Time of departure would be afternoon( say 1pm?) from the Krogers lot at Lake Forest and Eldorado Pkwy in McKinney.  I should be on my new ride then, and don't want to stray too far in case of any problems I might have on its first ride for me.  I plan on going up LF to Wilmeth Rd and doing my loops there, for a total of about 23mi.  My speed should be up to around 13-14mph avg with the new ride, though if anyone slower than me shows up, I'll be more than happy to ride with them.

Here's the basic route I plan on taking Denman.  We can modify it as needed depending on how things are going, weather etc.

Eh...due to the impending rain in the area of the bike sale tomorrow, my acquisition has been postponed to Sunday morning early.  This means I probably won't have the new wheels by 1pm, nor a husband home to watch the kids whilst I ride.
 
So...I think it best to postpone the ride, as it is supposed to be rainy here tomorrow, and I don't enjoy riding in the rain.

We'll think about it.  Bonnie is going to ride today first time since her 200+/120 episode.  Some of the vessels are still throbbing a bit....
 
Today I'll be doing some roll testing on the new Schwalbe Tryker tires, then going on the normal 12 mile loop this afternoon.
 
Unfortunately we'll skip the HOT event although at least one of us will be doing Dallas Ataxia hopefully both of us.
