Waco - Wild West Century This Saturday (Read 989 times)

slack_sails rbent member Posts: 21	Waco - Wild West Century This Saturday Sep 13^th, 2011, 8:27pm Who is planning on doing the ride this Saturday? I plan on going, since that is where I grew up. I did escape to Dallas area in '68, but still lots of family back there. Here's hoping the weather cooperates.

Its scenic, cooler (Than August), relatively flat (With climbs near Mother Neff state park), Well supported, and you get tons of free candy at one of the stops.

Should still be a fun time, especially if the heat breaks as it is predicted to do. We will be camping at Lake Waco on Friday and Saturday.
