JoElla, it was fun riding with you, sorry I wasn't there the last few miles to lend a hand myself. My last climb was a very slow walk mostly and taking breaks at little spots where there was still a little shade   I was surprised to learn that this was your longest ride, sure couldn't tell it on the trail. Next time, I'll come on my EZ 3 delta trrike so if I poop out I will have a nice lounge chair under me that will make resting more fun. I was very hot by the time I got home and ran out of anything to drink the last 3 very long miles, so once I got inside my place, I made a B line straight to the tub just to soak in cool water for abt 30 min.   I will make sure to carry nuf cold refreshments and some cloth wipes to help from over heating  
This was my longest ride of this season and it helped me remember the hot weather riding routine to assist me the rest of this summer.
