I purchased a Serfas light. Light worked fine until one day I tried to adjust the beam and discovered the lens was missing. Emailed Serfas and asked if they had a replacement part I could buy. They asked for my address and in a week I recieved not the lens but the whole light (no mount). So I guess you can say they stand behind their products.
