The GDB has a Tuesday Evening Bike Ride out of the REI at 635 and Welch, that starts tonight (3/15) with a 6PM rollout.  The typical route is to go west out Valley View, down Luna to Royal westbound, then further south into Las Colinas, coming back up Riverside and making our way back across Valley View.  There are various speed groups, but often the traffic lights eventually determine what bunch of people you ride with -- it's NOT a "no drop" ride...   However, there is usually a "casual" pace, no drop, group -- ask for it.  Bring blinkies, as dusk is around 7:30 still...
 
I'm going to ride it tonight, but not very often, since it's a ways from Rowlett.  I will probably wind up riding either Popsicle (Plano) or Mesquite Poteet most Tuesdays...
