Easter Hill Country Tour
Jan 28th, 2011, 10:21pm

Has anyone been on the 3 day Easter Hill Country Tour in Kerrville TX over Easter Weekend?  If so what was it like?  About how long and difficult is the easiest route?

Unfortunately they say very little about the routes except that they have several each day.  They won't post the maps due to "freeloaders".

This was my first pay ride ever - 2005.  Seems like forever ago.  Had I known what I was doing then, I'd have probably had a better time.  It's neat country and worth going to.  The distances are plenty short or long to challenge yourself without overdoing it.   My wife and I both rode distances of 17 to 30 miles while we were there.

Zillions of bikes, excellent routes, pretty much something for everyone.  Serious hills on some of the routes.  Pretty area, worth the trip in my opinion, though I haven't been in several years.
