I purchased a set of BikeWrappers (www.bikewrappers.com) for use while night riding, to get some better reflectivity from the sides...  three pieces, on riser, main tube, and lower tube near back.  These things ARE "like light sabers for your bike"....  Here's a shot I took in my garage with my flash, with fast shutter speed to simulate darker conditions...
