We were going to do the Tour de Fire ant in Marchall this weekend, but my wife is allergic to hills.

I found a great looking ride yesterday on the coast and signed up for it. It's the Pedal Palacios being held this Saturday. They are having a Fish fry on Friday night at the packet pickup and a free Shrimp Boil after the ride on Saturday.

In addition to bicycle-stuff I check out texbiker.net although their focus is rides in south Texas. As the rides here start tapering off they start picking up in the Houston/Austin/San Antonio area
