EVBlazers new Craft Project

So many bikes I want to ride but will have to build to do so. A zox clone, a tilting delta zox clone, a back to back tandem. Why not combine them all!
Note (ignore the pink I just needed them to hold it up)
First the zox clone with the purple delta attachment with tandem connector
From the side

from the back tilting

Here is the backwards zox with a seperate independent drivetrain. It is attached via a kingpin sort of like a bob trailer hitch on steroids

Here is a picture from the side of everything connected.

This would be how it would look with the tilt lock engaged doing a slow speed turn.

To quote 25hz comment on BROL where I started a thread to see if this were possible only to find out he has started plans for the exact same thing himself
"So, with one FWD frame, you can have the following recumbents:
- a FWD lowracer bike
- a FWD lowracer bike with a tandem add-on (when you bolt the little pivot triangle on the rear stays)
- a FWD tilting delta trike (with a tall, strong tilt lock and a built-in tandem mount)
- a FWD tilting delta trike with a tandem add-on"

I figure I'll be riding with a big bag of potatoes for a while as a test stoker. Any volunteers once the potatoes live? Smiley

Well at least you're not totally giving up on FWD!  Hopefully I'll get a new tube for the Bronco today, and maybe start getting some riding in.  I want to ride it abit more before I do anything to it.  I'll worry about all the adjustments if I decide to go permanent...thanks again for the test time!  I also have to get the bars from Greg.

FWD good MBB eh. It is interesting and different but to me it just seems less forgiving of anything. Too much weight moving around moving the COG. I never really felt I could go into corners hard especially no pedaling into corners which also was a problem. Without pedaling in corners or on downhills the MBB isnt' engaged by pedaling forces to keep it really solid to me.
The oregon is FWD so I'm definately sticking with FWD. It is certainly the easiest way to do independent pedaling on a back to back and the easiest way to do a tilting delta.

As I sent on the 18th I can send a tube or two if you want to pm me your address. I don't have a pair of bars not in use though any bmx, mtb bar will fit and is what originally came with the sofrider. I may have the original bar but it'll be an inch shorter on one end. May not matter much though.
