Oregon test ride - thankfully it didn't work out.
Aug 8th, 2010, 1:19pm

As if she didn't have enough bikes I just mentioned casually maybe my wife should try it and all of a sudden it became she'd take it till I was able to ride it.
Here it is with the euromesh seat, new bars and the 406x1.95 tires as Christine attempts to add it to her collection.

Thankfully a lot of crank/wheel and pulley interference in addition to constantly dropping the chain ended that *phew* Now I just gotta get to where I can ride it.

Nice to see it all back together Mark!  I hope to get some testing in this week on the CB but we'll see.  At least the house is almost painted, and the library shelves just need to be trimmed... Smiley

Thanks it was good to see it moving even though I'm still not ready to ride it. Christine was having lots of problems with the chain. I was thinking it was because of the larger tire size I put on but I think it was more because of the tread on that tire. Instead of just sliding along like on a slick the chain is getting grabbed.
I gotta remember that for when I try it out.

Looks like next week might drop below the 100s to after your finished with those library shelves might get a chance for a few rides   Smiley

Wow 1.95, now no one can give me grief about 1.5's !  Hope to see you flying on it soon.  Set my top speeds in the State of Texas on the ol'Oregon.

Take Care,
Nelson.
