I just went and looked.  I think they made a wise choice.  Who says I can't have 5 recumbents.  I am happy with the V3 and it is doing everything I ask of it.   I have all the upgrade items in but need a day free to work on it.  I will have to work on the head set it is making a noise like you told me.  I might as well rebuild it at the same time.  Thanks Jason for a great bike and thanks Rans for being slow in coming out with the XL XStream.

The V3 is practically the same riding position as the Xstream26, just seated a bit higher, and with a slight weight difference -- so I'd still say you have the right bike for now, Eddie!
