There are about 4 or 6 of us planning on doing this ride.  Joe M., Carolyn R, Urbinrider, myself and possibly 2 of my friends on a recumbent tandem.  Of course, we might see you at the start, but you'll leave us in the dust. We'll waive to you as you leave us.

Was planning on doing the Ride, until I went down on the Corsa this morning at WRL.  Smiley If my super sore butt heals sufficiently, I might do the 35-mile route.

I just visited the web site.  Turns out they changed the routes again. Now they also have a 47 mile route and the long route is now 63 miles.

I am a definite maybe.  I doubt I'll be able to hang too long, since I'm still coughing up a storm, but I'm working on getting a bike ready.

I'll probably be there but most likely on my Merlin since me on the cruzbike wouldn't be a good idea if there are many people there, especially after a few nights of left for dead 2  Smiley

What's up with the Hurricane?  So what are going to end up doing with that Bucking Bronco ...  I mean cruzbike?  Wink

I'd be there except I'm meeting a guy from my IC3 club for perm preview ride over in Keller.

Take Care,
Nelson.

I'm going to try the cruzbike with the new MTB Drop Bars but the seat is just way too high for me. If I do like the moving bottom bracket I'll need to find another (zockra with lottery money?) or do a conversion of a downtube folder with dual 406's.

Hurricane in it's commuting mode is too much trouble to transport by car and I may be riding with the Texas Fliers so the road bike will work a little better for that.

Nelson:  Maybe I could join up with you in Keller for a bit if I knew where and when.  I'm sure I'll be out there somewhere.

I think I may definately be riding the hurricane this weekend though. Better for the long haul and it'll keep my HR down as long as I don't try to chase some yellow low racer for the whole block or two I could keep it in sight.  Tongue
