Good ride today, thanks to those that came out, and thanks to Jason for the loan of the steel V3! A few shots...

My tri shoes don't put any pressure where the screw on my foot is. So long as I don't push it, just a easy spin, I can ride on smooth surface. So I had an easy trail run today. Made me feel a lot better.
