I just received an avertizement e-mail from Plano Cycling.  They have the RANS XP and V3 on sale for quite a significant savings.

$2800 for that fine aluminum V3....  that's a very reasonable deal, and that's with the FSA Carbon crankset, high-end shifters (and brakes?) and Hoagie seat... I've been telling y'all that all you had to do was make Rick an offer -- that bike's been sitting there way too long, and it can be one fast puppy!!!!!  I rode one just like it up in Kansas not too long ago, and would LOVE to have it.  Bet you could get it for $2500-2600....

I believe the V3 sold today...  I stopped up at PCF, and encountered Rick talking with a potential customer about it and the Xstream...  and wound up talking with them both for over an hour, about both bikes.  As I was leaving, the potential customer was moving things around in his van to make sure the V3 would fit in it, and having PCF change out the cassette from an 12-25 to an 11-32.  So I believe it's gone.

The purchaser is one Steve (I think?) Ward, from up in Oklahoma -- Trey may know him.   Smiley
