GDB time trial

the GBD time trial for this month is thursday the 23rd I will be out of town it would be nice if there were some recumbents their. They leave Poteet High School in Mesquite at 6 pm and ride out to the Mesquite airport for the time trial. the time trial starts at the airport goes right on Scyene, right on Lawson, right on Berry, right on Lucas, right on Scyene, and then back to the airport for a 7.5 mile loop. It's always a lot of fun.

Andy --
Did I see you out there with the lead group last Tuesday? I was lagging behind... I also saw you turning onto Rowlett Rd from 66 this morning at 10:00AM -- we were headed towards Firewheel...

I may go out for next Thursday's run -- it was supposed to be LAST thursday, but I guess they decided that 104 degrees was too hot...!!!!

I'll be lucky to break 20 minutes on this run, these days...

slowpoke rbent member Posts: 30	Re: GDB time trial Reply #2 - Jul 19^th, 2009, 8:56am I get of work at 5:30 pm these days so I ride the route I reverse until I see the lead group an then turn and ride with them. saturday I got a late start I normally start a 5:00 so you would see me about 7:30 am going home. I wish I could be there thursday I have not ridden in a time trial against another bent for a long time.

Last week, he posted a time of 18:14 for the 7.5 mile run, tying the old record that had stood for several years until last year... WTG, Andy!!!
