Lynn Creek Century

Saturday, Bryan and I joined with a few LSR riders for a social century ride.  Our plan was to hang with the group all day, but since Dan Driscoll was competing in a triathalon on Sunday, we decided to sweep the course so that Dan could get in some training.  We were able to ride with Pam Wright, Vickie Tyer, and Bob Millay.  Vickie had a breathing problem with the heat, but after some time off the bike she finished just fine.  Bob had the most trouble with the heat, but ended the ride with his personal best time for a century anyway.

It was a relaxing fun ride.  I never felt hot, but that is only because I am a lizard  Smiley   It was especially fun to have the tail wind on the way home instead of at the start of the ride.  Hint:  try to avoid the blast furnace by riding to the south first!

Sorry we missed the Boomer adventure, hopefully we will be with y'all next time,
Shellene
