Dan ,Peggy & I rode this ride a few years ago. The route is "OK", but don't expect much from the Peach Fest itself. Long lines, & vendors out of peach everything. I think the farmers market a few block away from the peach fest had ample supply of peaches.

Have you ever tried the Plano East Ride on Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM? A nice pace, aided by  smooth pavement. Mostly DF riders with a smattering of bent riders. From near PCF to Lavon Lake and back. Thirty-seven miles, total. Two rest stops.

Thanks Tim.  I've been going to John's site for about a year now.  I actually came across the website before I bought a recumbent and was looking at upcoming rides and reviews even then.  I rode with the clowns for a few months while I was unemployed and will always be grateful to those guys for helping me get started on my 'bent, especially John, Jay, Tom, Ken and Jim.  Although I admit after Clown #2 I kind of get lost on the order.   And I apologize if I've revealed the secret identity of any clowns who would rather remain anonymous due to their association with certain other clowns.

That what happen when Me and Wife  went to White Rock Lake to hang out a little bit on Sunday and saw Mark L and tried to catch up with him in our car but gone (poof)
