Quote from power_bent on Jul 11th, 2009, 4:18pm: Me and Wife went to Fort Worth City Cyclist yesterday afternoon and look at recumbent bikes. Well I have to tell you that the V-3 is not the bike for me. The seat is to high. The tour easy bike was great as for seat height. Sat on the Rans F-5 , I was suprise that I fit on it with the 650 wheels. with me sitting up or laying in seat my feet sits flat on the ground. So now I'm still looking. Later Thomas Jenkins That's not too surprising, I suppose -- my "x-seam" is about 45" (~31" inseam), and I can just flatfoot on a V3 myself. But that's why we test ride, no? At least C.C. had the bikes on the floor!!! Besides the Tour Easy, You might also consider the Stratus or Stratus XP, you should be able to reach quite easily with that one, if you like the long wheelbase style.
