EZ-Sport, $495 (Austin)

2007 Sun EZ-Sport, red, $495 plus shipping

Includes shade canopy, mirror, and kickstand.

This bike was bought for use by a wounded soldier in San Antonio by Operation Comfort, a non-profit organization that buys recreational equipment for use by patients at the Brooks Army Medical Hospital. It was ridden in the MS 150 but has seen little use otherwise. Chain, grips, tires and seat are all good.

Since Operation Comfort's clients have started going nuts over performance trikes, they are selling this bike to finance trike purchases. So your $495 not only gets you a fine bike, but it helps get a wounded soldier a trike as well.

This is an attractive bike, well-suited for city use. The high seat makes it unsuitable for very short riders, but it has excellent low-speed handling and can start fast. It can be loaded to carry lots of cargo.

Mike, I've forwarded this information to a friend in Michigan who may be interested in one for his wife.
