That can't be it says "we have lost most of the smooth asphalt that we have enjoyed for the past 3 years, the pavement quality and scenery are still very enjoyable. " right on the home page Smiley

My dad sure would like the tour de pepper though.

Besides which, if you train on crappy roads, you'll be faster on smooth ones
