Now I can only drink one cup of regular coffee in the morning. After that it is decaff. Doctor told me that it builds up over the years and when you get older you become sensitive to caffeen.

If I remember right, it was pretty positive about it. I think some energy bars contain significant amounts of caffiene because of that.

Ever since I stopped drinking soda, I lost my caffeine tolerance. If I put coffee in my water bottle, I'd have to attach a tube to something else! Now I wonder if anyone's tried that on the RAAM.

Used to use a French press until I found out that using the paper drip filters would improve my cholesterol numbers. Sacrificed the flavor for my heart! The pains of passing years, ugh!

It is hard to get my heart rate much over 110. After I stop at Barbecs and drink two cups of coffee it is hard to get my heart rate under 130.
