Apr 25 - PBA Spring Century.

Im seriously looking into riding the PBA spring Century with the slow group on my XStream. I like rides that I can start from my house.      Cheesy  What say ye?

From the link:
PBA SPRING CENTURY
This ride will leave from the SW corner of Legacy and Independence in Plano at 7:45 am and finish at the same point in the afternoon.

We will divide into three pace packs (Jackrabbits, Coyotes, and Armadillos) based on general traveling speed of the pack, each with a ride leader. Mountain bikes and hybrids not recommended for this ride.

  Destination:
If north wind blowing, we head for Tom Bean via Melissa.
If south or no wind blowing, we head for Royse City via Farmersville.

Either way, the total distance is 101 miles. No fees, no registration, no T-shirts, just riding a century with friends on North Texas country roads.

All are welcome on this ride, but please be sure you are reasonably comfortable with the distance and pace.  This is not a "no drop" ride.

Please park in the parking lot using the spaces along Legacy Drive, as far from the shops as possible.

Pace Pack                 Leader                                    General traveling speed
Jackrabbits               TBD                                         18-99 mph
Coyotes                    Steve Rovinsky                         17-20 mph
Armadillos                Chris Mathews                          15-18 mph
