We started out the ride with 7 people and had a great time riding together on the way out and swapping info.  XTO and EOG were well represented with 3 riders from each company.  We met up with some others who were late along the trail and I think had 10 by the time it was all over.  On the return trip from the Benbrook trailhead, the group split up and everyone worked the into-the-wind at their own pace.  Brian (who brought his bent) and I got in a few bonus miles before the official start.  In all, 30.7 miles at 15.1 avg.
