After dropping of the 1st clown the group headed down the trail. Clown #2 made too sharp of a turn out of the Tennis Center parking lot and had an altercation with a concrete curb. He went down in the dirt for about a 7 count. At first it looked like he was injured, but it turned out that there were no apparent injuries to the clown or damage to his clown tights or bike. Also, we got to witness the Fire Department rescuing 2 women kayakers from the middle of the wind-blown lake.

We actually had 9 riders, if you include Lynn whom we met at the Tennis courts on the way up. she rode up the trail with us and continued to the Lake with us.

Vicky and I had a great time!  Thanks for not riding too fast.  This was our longest ride of the year - 33 miles.  Here are some photos.

Everyone at our first stop (except Vicky who took the picture).  Lynn joined the group later.

Here we are chasing the group, as we spent much of the ride doing.

Vicky took this as an over-the-sholder shot with some guidance from Ken.
