Last Tuesday morning the Temperature on White Rock Trail started at 40 degrees at the parking lot and dipped down to 31.5 on the trail.
Two days later the temperature was again 40 degrees but the temp never dipped below 40 going down the trail.
The difference was the wind which must have pushed the cold air out of the bottoms.
