Yes you head down the ramp towards the restaurant and the store is on the right side. I've seen some folks finish a 300 within the 200K time limit, but with the wind Saturday I'm thinking there will be some slower times on the 300K. We'll see how the track bike goes. My longest ride up to this point on it is just under 40 miles. It fits me well, but a long slog into the wind might be a bit wearing. Also there is a steep hill not long after Maypearl on the way back that I might have to resort to low gear on. Take Care, Nelson. Yes, that hill is on Old Buena Vista Road, at about mile 90, after you've started to get tired, and it is kind of tough. Orphan Hill, right after Itasca, is a chore for me, too. But my personal best 200k time came on that route, an 8:06 that I'll probably never equal now that my lungs are a train wreck. Nelson ,we're going to have start calling you "Fixie". Yes ,the 200k route is the "Rio Vista Rumble". The 300K is "Lake to Lake" route. Hey EV, you're getting to be an old pro at these LSR rides. This a ride is a brevet,so you do not have to get receipts at controls. Make sure you get your card signed for the appropriate time(don't get your card signed at 6:45am if the ride starts at 7:00am.). You guys ride safe & stay WARM!
