No updates that I was interested in anyhow. The only new info I found was that they had about 200 people last year and expect more this year. Should be water, some kind of drink (gatorade/poweraid) and oranges at the stops. Oh if you want to volunteer to run a stop or cornermarshal a out in the middle of no where stop sign let me know and I can get a number for you to call. Don't know where the reroute is that goes over a not so or if the 100k lap is there. If you were presigned up they sent an email out recently. This is what I hoped to get info on. "Thanks for signing up for the 2008 Tour de Argyle, we are looking forward to seeing you all and having a nice ride. I did want to get your feedback on the long route, as we are considering altering it a bit to get it closer to 61 or 61.5 miles. Would you like that and still ride it? Please respond. To make this longer route as safe as possible, we have routed it off of a main road and onto a much smaller road that has a short section of a little bumpy road and a short section of gravel road. My group and I ride this section all of the time, so we feel it is a safer alternative to a much busier road."
