Tempo Training

Steve and I rode a 23 mile Celina to Pilot Point route we rode several times last year to help us train for the TTT. Steve rode very strong yesterday. I had 2 good laps. One not so cry

great lap. I felt I needed to work on balancing speed and endurance. My daily rides just don't allow me to work on speed. So Steve and I went to Celina for a great tempo training ride today. This is a route I would like to ride once a week until the TTT.

Surly...negative,especially now that the Denton county has laid down about 7 miles of nasty ,chip seal over the once smooth FM 455.
