I take a big swig of gel every 10-15 miles, take long pulls of my liquid mix - which has protein, and always try to have solid food of some sort - preferably subway or such - at every control. 200k's have been easy this year, so I think I'll be ok. The extra stuff I'm bringing is emergency stuff more than anything.
