Both RBM and Plano Cycle and Fitness.  Plano Cycle and Fitness will generally be better on pricing and customer service.  There are times that RBM has more stock.

The Rans V3, the one similar to the x-stream. I'm also looking at Challendge lowrider. The Actionbent Midracer has chain issue that i don't like.

There is an Aluminum V3 at Plano Cycling on the rack -- at least there was last week.

Well, I've had quite a bit of time on the Fujin SL, and I can tell you it's a solid bike and very fast, but you'd better have thin legs to ride it.  However, it's buy far the easiest lowracer to ride - especially for a beginner.  It's a very different bike from the V3 though!!

Yes, unless you can find a way to change the chainline management.  My quads are about the same measurement, and the chain ripped a gash in my leg from rubbing the chain on the downstroke.  Your hip angle or x-seam may be different enough not to matter, but I;d make sure I tested the bike before buying one!  Unless you get a good enough deal to resell it without much loss.
