For those of us wanting to ride a fairly brisk pace,  what's the game plan?   Where do we want to line up/meet?

Well, the bents get to go off at an early start.  Last year we were essentially right on the starting line, and I'd like to be as close to it again as I can be!

Last year I accidentally parked in the overflow parking, by bridwell center. That was one block from the front of the line (on the other side of the bridge) and you go around the half mile of elbow to elbow bikers.

There is also a pancake breakfast that morning at the coliseum.  Woops, no one was supposed to know that I was coming.  I'll see you Friday afternoon at the Church--I just don't know what time yet.

Hey all,

For those of you that listen to Paul Harvey (good day!), he mentioned Hotter N Hell on his show this morning. Not much, but a cycling event made it on a national radio show...thats millions of people and it is not the Tour de France!

Last I heard (yesterday) part of the course was under water from the flash flooding, so there might be some nasty stuff on the roads to deal with Angry

I've changed my mind about trying to hammer out a 4 hour ride -- I think I"d greatly prefer a multi-'bent 20 mph paceline the whole way, if we can generate it...  I'll save the racing for TTTT!
