Sunday Century? Sun. March 23 (Read 1116 times)

I plan on doing the aledo 100 if the hills don't kill me.

For 40 miles I can do about 17.5 but that wipes me out, and I'm not sure I can even complete the century, but I'd sure like to try.

March 23 Reply #5 - Mar 21^st, 2008, 7:10pm I no longer have a operational car thanks to a blue buick on 407. Shoulders a little stiff and my neck hurts so I'm going in for a check tommorow somehow. I knew I shoulda taken the xtracycle but I wanted to give my ankle a little more time to heal from twisting it My weekend might be homebound.
