I got this email about a "come try a ride" ride at WRL that the TI Outdoor club is doing, on Sunday afternoon Mar 30th. It suddenly occurred to me that this might be an interesting casual ride for the RBENT group to "invade," to demonstrate the wonderfulness of recumbents to riders "just trying it"... There are 10, 20, and 30 mile rides available, so all levels of speed/fitness can join in!!!
Anyone besides me intrigued by this?
I know the organizer, who said, "Sure, come on out!"...

What: TI Road Cyclists “Just Try It Bike Ride”
10, 20 and 30 mile routes with a ride leader
When: Sunday Mar 30th 2:00PM
Where: White Rock lake (Lake Highlands off of Buckner)
What you need to bring:
1. A working road bike or mountain bike.( Note: A road bike will be lighter and less effort to ride. You can rent a bike from Bike Mart.

2. Helmet
3. Water bottle
