awesome, just awesome. Nice write-up fellas!

The heart of the south sounds like fun. Too bad I'll be too out of shape to do it. OTOH, I started walking yesterday, with one crutch and a little bit without. I still can't move my toes much and can't put any pressure at all on them, but At this rate of healing I should be back on the bike within two weeks. whoo-hooh!

I'm in it to Schwinn it.

Steve, I think the "Oh, it's one of you guys" rider comment was more in tribute to how we were all blowing past everybody on the backside of the course (and sometimes on the front side)... Not your light... PB

Bud,thanks for sharing. Paul ,I remember that comment from the upright rider. You are correct. The guy wasn't being a jerk by any means,he was just joking around. That comment was on the back side of the course by the "Retreat" resort clubhouse.

Makes me want to take the day off an go riding! I can't wait to see how the TTT shapes up this year. Will these reports stimulate a large recumbent participation? Richard

Schlitter has talkled about racing for "fun" in a relay format. So I expect him to enter the 500 mile team event, possibly bringing Sara (aka SK) with him. If so, you can expect them to shatter your record....

If we can put together a solid mixed team (with the speedster Peggy), we WILL break the current mixed team record!!!
