I have ridden the Joe Pool dam the last three days. Saturday's ride (like every ride I'd done since January 5th, the first ride after my surgery), was in a 20 mph wind, but yesterday and today were beautiful days for riding. I did 24.3 miles, today. At 21.6 miles, when I slowed down to finish the ride with Rose, I had an 18.1 mph average for the day. I'm feeling better, for sure.
