One of my music-related pals is Dallasite-now-Austinite singer Sara Hickman...  Some of you may know her either through folk/pop music, or have even heard her doing jingles for Daisy sour cream  , or have even seen her in concert.
 

 
Anyway, in a recent email, she mentioned that she's "Riding 50 miles in the Ride for Aids" in April... But she's never been much of a rider.  So, I sent her a note suggesting that she investigate the 'bent side of biking, since it's not till April.  Granted, the hills around Austin are a little tougher than around HERE, but, hey....
 
SO, she replied that she likes the idea, and we may be getting together at the end of the month to do some test riding...   Kinda cool....

I recognize the name, but I can't say if I've ever heard anything of Sara's. What I find interesting is that you and she look like you could be siblings.
