Sunday after the 100K, I was talking with Robert, the 'bent guy at Bicycles, Inc, and we were discussing difference is pedal (bottom bracket) positions between bikes...   and he described it as "One click, two clicks, or three..."
 
I didn't quite follow him...
 
He went on to explain it as "like footrest positions on a recliner, how far you throw the lever -- first, second, or third position!"
