Are any of you doing the Collin Classic this weekend? I think I'm officially hooked. Just wondering.

Here's the link for information on the Collin Classic. I'll be riding the Arlington 200k.

My cousin in Plano has talked me in to it.  I'll go if it's not raining.

I'm in.  My lovely bride's going out of town and wanted to make sure I stayed out of trouble, so she (and the Stradas) talked me into it.   Grin

It got a little warm, but not as bad as the past couple years.  When I left, Dorian's thermometer—Dorian is my gray Mazda—said it was 97 degrees outside, but when I checked www.wunderground.com to get the weather conditions for my bikejournal.com entry it said the temperature was 82 degrees at around the time we finished the ride.

The guy with the yellow fairing is RBENT's very own Bob McClure, a regular at all the local rallies.  I saw him before the start and got to say 'hi', but he must've been way out front during the ride, because I never spotted him again—and I think you'd agree he's hard to miss.   Wink

The flying banana bike is Bob McClure. One of our RBENT members. I rode with him a while but lost him at the first rest stop. Don't let that thing fool you. He can crank it up.
