This seat is off my Optima Baron and is barely used.  The previous owner mounted the seat as part of an upgrade project but never rode on it.   (He didn’t complete his upgrade project and sold his bike too.)  When I purchased the Baron from him I swapped this medium seat for a size Large seat.    
 
The size is approximately 29.5" tip-to-tip straight across and 33.75" if you follow along the inner contour.
