I heard so many horror stories about the taste of the blueberry accelerade that I bought orange flavor. It's pretty disgusting, but not as bad since I added more maltodextrin to it.
Well, I'm used to so many of these things being just plain nasty. But the blueberry tastes sort of like a blueberry soda - it's even a bit fizzy. I also picked up lemon-lime. Haven't added any extra carbs to it though. I have cytomax and use it in the main water bladder so the two together ought to be an effective combo if I can figure out the right amount of calories to ingest.
I had zero stomach discomfort and no hunger though, in spite of hammering hard, so that was good.
