Leaving early Wednesday morning for Edenton, NC for this 3 day extravaganza that starts Friday. Kitty Hawk is only about an hour away form there so will have to check it out one afternoon. As of now, weather looks to be ideal for this weekend.

Have fun! It is very nice in that area. Will the trip include any of the Outer Bank?

The routes available to ride this year did not include any of the outer bank. Would have been too far away from Edenton, the location of this years rides. Although we did take in Kitty Hawk and the outer banks Friday afternoon, which certainly was worth the hour to drive there. The terrain was recumbent friendly to say the least. Weather was great for camping and the town was loaded with history.

We were in Avon the furst week of April. Riding a few days was fun, but man was it windy. All. The. Time. I was glad to be on my 700, but my upright friends really had to fight the winds!
