Saturday, December 30, Stephen Hazelton will host a 63 mile populaire. The route will be Bobcat Bite, from Celina, the time to be announced; sometime mid-morning. This is a moderately hilly ride, suitable for recumbents, in an area familiar to many of us.

Monday, January 1, Pam and Dan host the New Year's populaire from Dan's house in Arlington. Start time is 11:00 AM. The route wends its way out to Venus and back for 62 miles. Again some hills, but none too difficult. The topper is the potluck at Dan's place afterward, where you can chat with other cyclists and gorge on black-eyed peas. I'll be there with my trike to trundle through it at a stately pace.

The December 30 populaire in Celina is scheduled to start at 10:00 AM.

If any of you showed up for the New Year's populaire, my apologies. [smiley=wink.gif] Dan D. has postponed it to next Saturday, 11:00, due to potentially dangerous conditions.

Saturday populaire in Arlington now will start at 7:30. Allow at least 15 minutes beforehand for readying and instructions.
