Anyone thinking about doing this? Its Nov 4th .. I was thinking about riding from the house to join it is 20 miles and that isn't much .. Well, unless they will let me do the loop about 3-4 times ..

Not me. Sixty dollars for 20 miles, and no post-ride free food, is a bit much. Free food is furnished for riders that do a VIP registration ($175). [smiley=jawdrop.gif] Tour Dallas (30 miles) at $40 was one of my favorite pay rides, until it was discontinued. Really enjoyed the post-ride free Patron pizza and drinks.

Patti had sent me this information earlier this month and we both agree with Jay that it too high for only 20 miles. I know I won't be doing this ride. However Turkey Roll is still being considered.

It looks like they hacked my Garmin map. For the average wreakicreational rider a changeling course.

I'm going to ride down from Murphy in the morning and have volunteered to ride the course with the QV loaded with tubes, bike parts, water and first aid. Should be interesting ...
