JC-FTW, you might go to http://www.hh100.org/ and look under lodging.  Also there is a post under Upcoming Rides http://rbentonline.org/YaBB.pl?num=1501701088.  There aren't any official RBent activities since Lamar Baptist church stopped hosting guests for the HHH.  First Christian Church got a lot of the RBent riders so you might check with First Christian.  Their contact information should be on the HH100 site.

From the friendly Bradfords:

Hey, all - if you are planning on coming to Wichita Falls for Hotter 'n Hell Hundred, Gary & I wanted to invite you once again to join us on Friday night, Aug 25, for our "pre-HHH" spaghetti dinner.  We will start about 5:30, and will have both chicken and regular (meat sauce) spaghetti, salad and garlic bread.  Some dessert, not sure what yet.  All you have to bring is a big appetite and a smile!!  We will have ice chests with sodas and water, but if you want anything "special" or "harder", feel free to bring your own!

Anyone coming to HHH with you is included in the invite - we just ask that you let us know how many will be coming so we will have an idea of how many to plan for.  Should be fun, with many "tall tales" abounding!!  LOL

Look forward to seeing everyone!

Steve and I are going up on Thursday night but are taking our popup this year and camping at Wichita Falls RV Park, a couple of miles from the MPEC. We've stayed at the YMCA previously, since Lamar quit hosting. What the Y lacks in ambiance, it makes up with convenience - it is a very short ride to the start.
