Got this message from a friend this morning...

My cousin (avid biker and triathlete) posted this today:

Ugh - hate to share this, but be careful out there, friends! Be careful if you are riding your bike in and around Flag Pole Hill and the neighborhood near it (Lake Highlands) in the early hours of the morning. Apparently a guy was robbed at gun point while riding his bike this morning around 6 AM. This happened very close to where the jogger was robbed at gun point around 2 weeks ago. Once again the robbers took the victim's iPhone. Victim had to ride back home before he could make a 911 call.

The guy that got robbed said he was going to stop carrying a phone. Think I would still carry a phone and money. Telling a robber you don't have either could get you shot. The safest thing to do is ride with the Clowns, while the robbers are sleeping (9 AM to 3:00 PM). :)

There's a nice pouch in the back of my P38 seat that a Glock fits very well in .. Don't ask how I know this [smiley=batting.gif]
