What material is the enclosure made of? If it's Coroplast, how did you get it to bend so smoothly at the top?

You have entirely too much free space in your garage. You need a lot more bikes in it.  :D

That is awesome! Similar to one I saw a few months back on You Tube but it has some unique differences. How much is it's total weight? Will you carry a fan with you for night time ventilation?

This trailer was a topic of interest at the Clarksville ride today---I had to come home and look it up on this site ----very clever and inventive... [smiley=stirthepot.gif]when you park it for the night be sure to angle it so the prevailing winds come through to  keep you cool.
