As I recall, before they moved this ride start to Byron Nelson High School, there were a lot of recumbents that did this rally.  Hope there are several there again this year.

Sounds like fun.  I'd like to come, but we'll see.

That's when it was in Roanoke, 3 years ago I think we even had a tent and set the bikes up on display before and after the ride.  This was my first introduction to Rbent so I have no idea who coordinated it.

This rides always been on my "to do" list and we always seem to be out of town or busy on something else, unfortunately, same thing this year.

We'll be riding the "Octoginta" up in Lawrence KS that weekend.

If I remember correctly, we had a good time and lots of questions about our bikes. Is the route that much different? I hope not because it was already hilly to me.

Also, Phantom was on his Phantom and I was really envious. That bike climbs really well. I was on my LWB and hating life by the end.

Come to think of it, I hate that ride!

Mark, if it's raining several of us are not going to the ride.  I don't like starting out in rain and it looks like that would be the case. Guess we'll just check the weather around 6am on Sat. morning to make the call ---ride or no ride.

It looks like rain very early then clearing up by late morning assuming of course the forecast is correct. I think the worst thing man has ever invented is the smartphone weather app, ruined tons of rides over the years for me by saying it IS going to rain then of course doesn't
